New Thing: Headstand              

Inspiration: Yoga Class                  
Cost: $10 (for class)
Time: 30 seconds (and a three month build up)                                     
Bottom Line: Exhilarating. 

ok- so this is not a handstand not headstand. you got me.

Reflection: Today my yoga teacher helped me achieve a headstand! She assisted me getting into the pose and then let me hand out there for about half a minuet. It was awesome and refreshing.
