Reflection: May 16th is "Wear Purple for Peace Day." On this day, people wear purple to promote peace and unity. I don't really know how, but who wouldn't like to think that a simple action like wearing the color purple could help bring about peace. As it turned out, it did help me to remember to be more peaceful all day including talking about peace with the Women's Bible study. So, perhaps, it really did help to spread peace after all.
