Inspiration: Tom, St. David's
Time: One Meeting
Bottom Line: Feeling blessed but also bittersweet.
Reflection: Today, it was officially announced that I would be taking over the Discipleship Committee with the departure of Fr. Tom. While I am overjoyed to be working with such a great group of people and exited about the ministry we will share, I am also feeling the sadness that come with the reality that it means that Tom will be moving on to another church. I am thrilled for them, and happy that they will be blessed by his many gifts, but still...its bittersweet.
