Bottom Line: Not bad for the god of thunder.
Reflection: As many of you know, my dear husband is something of a comic book nerd. Yet, he also has very good taste in movies which means that he rarely likes films based on such literature. So, when ever a new super hero movie comes out, we see it only with some trepidation as they are normal abysmal. Thor was pretty good as far as these things so. The effects were very good and the 3D was nice for some of the space shots. I was especially happy that there was never the classic "damsel in distress" moment that these movies almost always have. All-in-all, a fine start to the super hero onslaught that will be coming to theaters this summer.
